Directions
Take one tablet two times per day preferably at mealtimes.

Each tablet contains
Vitamin B12 1000ug
Standardised Pueraria mirifica root extract (Thai Kudzu) 80mg
(Miroestrol 16ug,Isoflavonoids 16ug)
Pyridoxal-5 phosphate 12.5mg
Biotin 25ug
Folic acid 200ug
